You don’t need to be “at breaking point” to start sessions. I often hear that clients think 'others have it worse' but we're here to let you know that whatever you want to bring to counselling is valid, even if you're nervous and unsure where to start.

You dont need to keep it all together, tears are okay and laughter is okay. You can go at your own pace, there’s no right or wrong amount of sessions to have. You are in control as counselling isn’t something 'done' to you, rather it's the relationship which is the therapy.
