Last week I attended the Learning from Lived Experience event hosted by Cornwall Mind in partnership with Cornwall NHS and the Lived Experience Network. So nice to see the Pride flag in my local park when out walking the other (sunnier!) day. This Pride Month, I’m celebrating the importance of being seen, accepted, and valued exactly as you are! As a counsellor, I strive to offer an inclusive and affirming space where people can bring their whole selves without fear of judgement for LGBTQ+ clients and allies alike. Wherever you are on your journey, you deserve to be heard, respected, and supported.
