IT'S OKAY TO FEEL WHAT YOU FEEL


Learning to recognise, name and understand feelings is so key. And can get complicated when they start to combine! Liked doing this little water colour inspired by Inside Out


Listening to our feelings (which is made up of bodily emotion + thinking + context) is important but they can be influenced by what we tell ourselves.


Talking/sharing thoughts and feelings (emotional mind) can help people to identify rational mind. Counsellors are here to join with your mind and share your mental burden.
