Dog-friendly counselling sessions

April is National Pet Month I wanted to share something that may help some of you feel more at ease when coming to counselling
You are welcome to bring a calm, well-behaved dog along to your counselling session if having one with you helps you to feel more relaxed and supported (office dog pictured will not be there).
For many people, being close to their pet can reduce anxiety, provide comfort, and make it easier to open up. Your wellbeing and sense of safety in the space really matters.
We would just have a quick conversation beforehand to make sure it feels appropriate and manageable for the setting before booking in

If this is something that might support you, save this post or share this with a friend who might like the idea
